Below are the results and resources from a discussion of distance education among professional developers at JSRCC. 

In December, 1999, members of the Professional Development and Renewal Management Advisory Committee at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, as well as other faculty who had a proven interest in distance education and professional development, were invited to discuss a book called Distance Learners.  Copies of the book were provided by a grant from the VCCS.

Marian Macbeth, Coordinator of the JSRCC Center for Distance Education, led the discussion. She and grant recipient Eric Hibbison provided relevant handouts.  Below are the resources from that discussion.
